Shipping Policy

LOKL delivers from local shops directly to your door. Here is what you need to know.

1. Service area

We currently deliver within approximately 15 km of Paratwada and Achalpur, Maharashtra. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address on our home page. Orders from outside our service area will not be accepted.

2. Delivery time

• We aim to deliver within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
• Actual delivery time depends on shop preparation time, rider availability, and traffic.
• During peak hours or adverse weather, deliveries may take longer.
• Delivery time estimates shown are indicative, not guaranteed.

3. Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders ₹200 and above (from the same shop).
• A delivery fee applies on orders below ₹200. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Your first order with LOKL is always delivered free, regardless of order value.

4. Delivery process

• Once your order is accepted by the shop, a LOKL rider will be assigned.
• You will receive a notification when the rider picks up your order.
• The rider will call or WhatsApp you if they have trouble locating your address.
• For security, deliveries are confirmed with a 4-digit OTP shown on your order receipt.

5. Delivery address accuracy

Please provide an accurate delivery address and a landmark. The pin on the map at checkout should be placed at your exact door. An incorrect address may result in delivery delays or failure. LOKL is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Failed delivery

If you are not available at the delivery address and we cannot reach you, the rider may wait up to 5 minutes. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be marked as undeliverable. COD orders that cannot be delivered are cancelled. Online-paid orders are refunded per our Refund Policy.
